Transportation

Yesterday I used the following modes of transportation: walk, car, train, subway, shuttle bus, plane, escalator, elevator, taxi and motorcycle (someone should make a movie like this, but give it a shorter, catchier title :) Today I will add kayak and trolley.

I am now on the no-fly list, because I legit didn't know you couldn't bring water onto a plane. I was pulled aside at TSA while they went through my backpack and gave me a stern lecture. I was aware of the 4 oz rule, but didn't think it would include water! Thank you, ShoeBomber.

The flight was under six hours and we landed 15 minutes early. I sat next to an echocardiographer, and his interest in 3D heart mapping jived with my interest in computers. He also was a motorcycle rider, so we had plenty to share. The law of probability says that every plane ride will have a screaming baby...this one had two.

I bought a netbook, and it has a built in web cam.  This is probably the last time I'll use it.
