My friend Shauna, and her brother JT, gave me a brief tour of UCal San Diego. Afterwards I took her for a ride around the area and we went out to eat at an Ethiopian restaurant. We ordered a combo platter, in which you pick up small piles of food with rolled spongy bread - no silverware. It was a short visit, though, as I had to get her to the airport for a 8pm departure...and we got there at 7:40! Luckily she made it OK.
